New kitchen at The Old Bath Arms

Hello Folks,

Firstly let me totally apologise in advance. For any of you who have been here before will notice that our kitchen is set up in the Pizza Room. The reason for this is very exciting, we are completely refurbishing our trade kitchen. This includes rewiring the entire kitchen with 3phase electrics and removal of all gas appliances. We outgrew our facilities over a year ago but had to wait for a period which is normally a bit quieter to close down and rebuild. We did consider closing completely but too many folks voiced their objections to it.
We are moving into the new kitchen tomorrow, so from Tuesday we will be back to normal!
Until then we are offering this reduced menu and hope this does not ruin your eating experience with us. So today will be the last day that you will have to endure bought in chips, roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, bread, burgers rolls, baguettes etc.
Thank you in advance for understanding and you can now look forward to so many new and exciting deal and ESPECIALLY SPECIALS we will be creating with all our brand new equipment!
Thank you from Richard and Kath.

Mary Kilvert Summer News

We had  fun celebrating the second birthday of the shop in June and the competition to win Primrose the sheep was a highlight.  We enjoyed reading the suggestions for her ‘Likes’ and ‘Dislikes’.  Read on to find out who the winner was!

Still on the subject of sheep, I’m delighted to introduce Sweet Pea, the newest addition to my flock. I hope you like her jumper, inspired by the beautiful sweet peas growing on our allotment in Somerset.  We’ve also got many other beautiful products that are new for summer.

In the studio, I’ve been busy working on some exciting new designs: watch this space where all will be revealed!

With best wishes for a restful summer
